Procedures

All COVID-19 related procedures are in place for your safety.

​

​As per the CSP guidelines, all new referrals are screened via a telephone or video call.

 

The purpose of the screening is to understand the needs and decide whether a face-to-face appointment is necessary or a virtual diagnosis can meet the requirements.

​

All the risks/benefits will also be discussed at the time of screening.

​

You will be required to sign a COVID-19 consent document if you plan to attend a face-to-face session.

​

The therapist will be wearing PPE which includes a non-surgical mask, gloves and apron throughout the session. 

​

All equipment used during the session will be sanitized before and after the session.
